My journey started baking all kinds of things — cakes, cookies, flan, pizza, bread — just for the joy of creating. Until one day, we discovered that my son was gluten-free… and that’s when the real adventure began.
The “K” in K-Gfree Delight comes from my son’s initial, and “Gfree” from gluten-free. Every cookie, cake, and smile carries that story — proof that gluten-free can be just as delicious (or even better 😉).
